Apparel manufacturing · sourcing · product development

Made in Bangladesh.Managed from Dhaka,New York and Paris.

We manufacture knitted and woven garments, and source the yarn, fabric, trims and chemicals that go into them — for fashion labels, retailers and other apparel companies.

How we work

From first brief to packed carton

Four stages. You can join at any of them — a finished tech pack goes straight to costing, a sketch starts one step earlier.

  1. You send the garment, the quantities and the target price. We come back with a costing, the fabric and trim options behind it, and what the construction and volumes mean for the programme.

  2. Where a tech pack exists we work to it. Where it does not, we build one — technical measurements, cutting information, materials, trims and accessories, supplied as a multi-page PDF.

  3. Proto and fit samples made from the approved tech pack, revised until the fit, the fabric handle and the finish are signed off. Specifications are locked before bulk starts.

  4. Cutting, sewing, and printing or embroidery where the garment calls for it. Then finishing and final packing to your specification — poly bag, blister, solid, assorted, ratio, mixed or carton.

Who you are dealing with

A manufacturer, not an introduction service

A sourcing office passes your tech pack to a factory and manages the conversation around it. We make garments — in house and through our partner network — and we source the yarn, fabric, trims and chemicals that go into them. When a problem appears on the line, it is ours to fix rather than someone else’s to explain.

Why buyers work with us

Fewer surprises between approval and shipment

  1. The factory and the sourcing are the same company

Yarn, fabric, trims and chemicals are sourced by the business that cuts and sews the garment. One fewer handover between the material decision and the production floor.

  2. Product development is a service, not a prerequisite

Apparel design, technical packs, proto samples, embroidery, print development and product photography are our own services. A sketch is enough to start a conversation.

  3. Offices on both sides of the order

Production in Bangladesh, and offices in the buying markets your team already works in. Questions do not have to wait a full working day for an answer.

  4. We leave out what we cannot evidence

Where a certificate, a capacity figure or a date is not confirmed in writing, it is absent from this site rather than rounded up. Ask for it and you get the document, or a straight answer that it does not exist yet.

Who we work with

Three ways into the same factory

You need garments made to your specification

We make what is in your tech pack

Send the tech pack, the quantities and the target price. We cost it, source the fabric and trims, sample it, make it and pack it. Where the tech pack does not exist yet, we build it from your sketches and references first.

  • Costing against your target price
  • Yarn, fabric, trim and accessory sourcing
  • Proto, fit and pre-production samples
  • Printing, embroidery and finishing
  • Packing to your specification

A selection, not the catalogue. Browse the full range, or send a tech pack and we will quote against it.

Deciding how to buy

Factory direct, sourcing agent, or both

Most buyers are choosing between three arrangements. The trade-offs are real, and they are not the same for every programme.

Buying factory direct

The shortest route, and usually the lowest unit price. It works when you have your own technical team, your own inspection on the ground and enough volume for a factory to prioritise you. It gets expensive when a fit problem surfaces at pre-production and nobody local is holding your side of the argument.

Through a sourcing agent

An agent carries the communication and the follow-up, which is worth paying for. The limit is that an agent does not own the production line. When a schedule slips they are reporting the slip rather than resolving it, and the commission sits on top of the factory price.

Working with us

We manufacture, and we source. On a programme we make, you are dealing with the factory and keeping the development, sampling and sourcing support. On a programme that suits a different factory better, we will say so — and the material sourcing can still come from us.

Before you enquire

Questions buyers ask first

What do you need from me before you can quote?

The garment, the quantity and the target price are enough to start. A tech pack makes the costing faster and more accurate, but it is not a condition of getting one.

If you have reference samples, photographs or a sketch instead, send those. We will come back with what is still missing rather than guessing at it.

Do you manufacture, or do you source from other factories?

Both. We handle garment production in house, and we take on larger programmes through our partner manufacturing network.

Which route a programme takes depends on the construction and the volume. We will tell you which one yours is on.

Can you work from a sketch rather than a finished tech pack?

Yes. Apparel design and technical pack preparation are services we provide, not prerequisites.

We prepare technical measurements, cutting information, and material and accessory specifications as multi-page PDFs. The tech pack produced from your design is yours.

What garments do you make?

Knitwear, jersey, denim, woven and outerwear, across twenty product groups — t-shirts and polos, sweatshirts, sweaters and cardigans, shirts and blouses, dresses and skirts, trousers, chinos, joggers, shorts, jackets and coats, lingerie, loungewear, workwear and accessories.

Across menswear, womenswear and childrenswear, in casual, formal, sportswear and workwear.

What sampling stages are there before bulk?

Proto samples first, to check the pattern and the construction against the tech pack. Fit samples after that, revised until the fit, the fabric handle and the finish are approved.

Specifications are locked at approval. Changes after that point affect the costing, and we will say so at the time rather than at invoice.

Do you handle printing and embroidery?

Yes. Screen, digital, transfer and rotary screen printing, in house and through partner printing factories.

Embroidery by multi-head machine, by hand, and hand crochet.

What packing options do you offer?

Poly bag packing, as single-piece or blister. Packing without poly bags, as solid, assorted or ratio, and mixed packing. Carton packing, poly or non-poly, sorted and labelled in bulk.

For export and home market production both.

Can you source organic, recycled or other eco-friendly materials?

We source natural fibres including cotton, hemp, jute, linen and wool, and man-made cellulosics such as lyocell.

Material standards and any associated certification are confirmed per programme, against the documentation for that specific material and mill — not against a general claim on this page.

Which certifications do you hold?

We are not listing certifications on this site. A standards logo without a certificate number, a stated scope and current validity dates is not something a buyer can check, and we would rather publish nothing than publish that.

Ask us for the certification position on a specific programme or facility and you will get the current documents, or a straight answer that a given certificate does not apply.

What is your minimum order quantity?

It depends on the fabric, the construction and the colour count, so it is confirmed with the costing rather than quoted as a single site-wide figure.

Send the garment and the quantity you have in mind and we will tell you whether it works.

Send us a tech pack

Or a sketch, a photograph, or a description in a sentence. Tell us the garment, the quantities and roughly when you need it, and we will come back with what it takes to make it.
